  • Yes but it’s easy to set up, simply email our team at corporatewear@stuncroft.co.uk

    They will be in touch with you and send over the account forms – and share all relevant information to get you started.

  • Our minimum order is 1 garment. There is an order surcharge of 5.95 for any orders under £400.

  • Call or email our team once you have received your order confirmation – we will do all we can to support you in completing your order.

  • This will be discussed on a case-by-case basis, and your payment terms/ credit agreements will be confirmed once your account has been set up.

  • Once you have an account set up with us , we will arrange for all marketing materials to be sent to you , arrange a sales visit and send over any relevant samples to you. Please note – samples are not despatched FOC but can be returned for a full credit up to 6 months after despatch, just let our teams know when you are ordering garments as samples so we can take note of the order details.

  • Of course, we can add any tax tab to garments – generally these are provided by our customer however we have in the past also manufactured tabs on behalf of your customer.

  • The charge is 0.95p per tab.

  • We will alter leg lengths to the standard lengths 29/31/33 free of charge, any deviation to this will result in a small surcharge, confirmed at time of ordering.

  • Yes! We have very skilled teams in both our supply chain team and our made to measure departments who will always support our customers with bespoke enquiries – with order sizes form 1 piece upward.

  • We can accept order via our web portal; - which we can set you up on once you have an account number. We also accept email orders to our team at corporatewear@stuncroft.co.uk as well as telephone orders and enquiries on 01405 782780.

  • We will always support with ensuring your order is as complete as possible for your customer. We can discuss any needs for reservation on an order by order basis.

  • Yes, you can. As long as the garments are returned to us within 8 weeks of invoice, and in resaleable condition with original packaging and labelling. There is a handling and restocking fee of £2.25 per garment.

    To return items you will be required to email returns@stuncroft.co.uk to receive a returns authorisation from our team.

  • We can arrange collections on behalf of our customers – you can confirm if this is your requirement once you have received your returns authorisation.

  • Mainland UK deliveries is generally within 2 working days of despatch. 98% of our order arrive with our customers on the next working day.

  • £5.95 for any order under £400 – Mainland UK

    Shipping fees are subject to change – however this will be confirmed at order stage.

  • Yes – we currently ship to more than 10 international countries.

  • Unfortunately, we have no control over taxes and charges outside of the UK. So, you will be contacted by the forwarding courier with information regarding your parcels and any taxes and charges that need to be paid.

    We have taken these additional charges into consideration with our pricing – so you can still benefit from excellent products at great prices.

  • You will be charged in the currency you set your account up in. this is dependent on your business location.

    Please note if you are based in a VAT free location – we would not be able to ship to a destination with standard VAT charges form your account. We can support with alternative shipping or payment options for this.
