Performance meets value

What our garment technician says
Lynne Anderson —

Performance of garments is crucial especially as we want all of our ranges to last longer for sustainable ethical reasons. Every garment is tested to ensure our tailoring meets the demands of everyday wear.

I’ve worked with various corporate wear suppliers and have worked on large scale bespoke corporate uniform  projects. Clubclass garments are built to perform with every small detail considered and constantly tested.

We test for

1. Fabric rub counts, (the Martindale test)

2. Fabric pilling tests

3. Washing tests: colourfastness, fibre stability, shrinkage, aspect change

4. Light fastness in textiles

We don’t use agencies to manufacture our tailoring. This allows us to bring you affordability. We don’t use factories that we haven’t meticulously checked. We know who makes our clothing and we also expect the same from the partners we work with from the fabric mills to the button suppliers.

Our supply chain is industry leading in terms of compliance, sustainability and welfare so you can feel assured that we only work to the highest practices.

Comfort meets value

The tailoring in all our collections is designed to be comfortable to wear, all collections have a wide choice of sizes and lengths. We also have an on-site alterations department to make sure our garments fit your customers perfectly. We also have introduced the Putney Easy Waist Trousers in the Everyone Collection and the Stone Easy Waist Trousers in the Endurance P.V. collection

Comfort is crucial when selected tailoring for my customers. I feel confident when I present Clubclass collections knowing that in wearer trials the feedback is always positive on the wearability and comfort of the garment.
