Our Returns Policy

  1. Return Window

 

We accept returns on eligible garments within 8 weeks from the date of invoice.

 

2. Eligibility for Returns

 

To be eligible for a return, garments must:

 

  • Be in their original condition with all tags attached

  • Be returned in original packaging

  • Be accompanied by the completed returns form

 

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

 

3. Non-Returnable Items

 

The following items are non-returnable:

 

  • Garments that are discontinued

  • Altered or tax-tabbed garments

  • Customised or made-to-order garments

 

4. Return Process

 

To request a return, please contact us at corporatewear@stuncroft.co.uk within the return window to request a returns form.

 

Returns must be authorised before being sent back.


Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

 

5. Return Shipping

 

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including any duties or taxes.


We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

 6. Credit Notes (No Monetary Refunds)

 

Approved returns will be issued as a credit note only.

 

  • No monetary refunds will be provided

  • Credit will be applied to your account and can be used toward future purchases

  • Credit notes are non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash

 

7. Faulty or Incorrect Items

 

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of receipt  by your customer, proof of delivery would be required, providing photos and details of the issue.

 

Failure to notify us within this period will be deemed acceptance of the goods.

 

Where a claim is accepted, we may, at our discretion:

 

  • Replace the goods, or

  • Issue a credit note

8. Inspection & Acceptance

  • The buyer is responsible for inspecting all goods immediately upon receipt.
    Goods shall be deemed accepted unless a valid claim is made within the stated timeframes.

 

9.Statutory Rights

 

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

 

         10. Restocking fees

 

There is a re-stocking fee of £2.25 per garment, this does not apply to samples or sizing garment sent.
